Manufacturing
Every step from design to commissioning happens in our own facility. Because we do not subcontract, we control both the quality and the lead time.
Process
A machine travels from order to site in six steps. The output of each step is the input of the next; intermediate checks are made at those transitions.
Process design
Plant capacity, product type and site dimensions are recorded. A flow diagram is produced, and machine selection and layout follow that diagram. A wrongly sized bucket elevator creates a bottleneck across the whole line, which is why design is the most critical step.
CNC plasma cutting
Sheet parts are cut on a CNC plasma table. Nesting keeps scrap down and ensures every part comes out within a repeatable tolerance.
Press brake forming
Cut parts are formed on the press brake. Accurate body geometry means parts that join during assembly without being forced.
Welded fabrication
Body and frame are joined by welding. On machines exposed to vibration, the weld seam directly determines the machine's service life.
Assembly and testing
Mechanical and electrical assembly is completed, and the machine is run unloaded and tested at our facility before dispatch. Vibration, heating and noise levels are checked.
Site installation and commissioning
Machines are assembled on site, the line is started up and settings are made on the actual product. Operator training is given at this stage.
Production capabilities
CNC Plasma Cutting
Sheet parts cut to a repeatable tolerance with low scrap.
Press Brake Forming
Body and panel forming; parts that join without being forced.
Welded Fabrication
Frame and body welding, with seam inspection for structures working under vibration.
Assembly
Mechanical and electrical assembly, with an unloaded run test before dispatch.
