About Us
Akersa manufactures machinery and builds turnkey plants for the flour and feed industry. At our facility in Çorum every step is carried out under one roof: process design, steel construction, machinery manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
The efficiency of a mill lies not in a single machine but in how well the whole line works together. That is why we design our products not as separate items but as a system in which each stage feeds the next. A shortcoming in cleaning comes back as lost yield at the roller mill.

The way we work
- Manufacturing grounded in R&D. Every machine is revised with feedback from the field. A design matures on a running line, not on a desk.
- No compromise on materials. On surfaces exposed to wear, material is chosen for service life, not for cost.
- One point of contact. Project, manufacturing, installation and after-sales belong to the same team. When something goes wrong, the person you call does not change.
- On-site survey. Where integration into an existing line is involved, we come to the site and measure before we quote.
What we do
We work under three main headings. On most projects all three are involved at once.
Turnkey Projects
Process design, steel construction, machinery manufacturing, installation and commissioning of flour, feed, semolina and rice mills. One contract, from bare ground to a producing plant.
After-Sales Support
24-hour response, trouble-free installation, on-time delivery and on-site surveys. Downtime is the costliest item in production, and we work accordingly.
Spare Parts Service
Stainless equipment, wear parts and replacement of faulty components. More than a hundred items are supplied from stock and shipped quickly.

A grinding line specialised around purifiers and semolina crackers.
